They express a feeling and aren't Corbynistas, I listen to the podcasts sometimes there on the same page as me sometimes not. The issue younger voters have is the swathe of money taken up with rent 40% at the last count. Sunak also abandoned a policy to force Landlords to uprate insulation to C+ Standard. + He's hammered young people with additional Graduate Taxes and there will be a push to disincentive going to University if they get in power again.

Keir Starmer calls trickle-down economics a 'piss take' from 2022 Rachel Reeves takes aim at ‘Tory trickle-down economics’ from 2022 The shadow chancellor has a vision for social democracy in an age of economic shocks and uncertainty – New Labour this isn’t "Rachel Reeves speaks at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Washington DC" from 2023 Embedded in multiple Tory budgets are a whole raft of Trickle down policies + waste through outsourcing and consultancy which Starmer has railed against on more than one occasion. I'd add that the fiscal rules only cover the 1st 2 years there is an intention to beef up the OBR I would sack half the economists in it and fetch in some who are more open minded given that it doesn't even tally with the IMF most times who are hardly the bastion of liberalism. I really don't know how they will thread this needle the only feeling I have on this is that Reeve is competent and will try push a similar agenda to that followed by Biden bottom up Middle out given the amount of money needed it will need private sector buy in but not in the Tory sense of outsourced and Privatised. Latest announcement The Labour Party has announced a proposal to cut NHS waiting lists by paying staff to take on extra out-of-hours overtime shifts, they would introduce a £1.1billion overtime fund to create an extra two million appointments.

There is a huge amount of waste in a Tory system through outsourcing, consultancy and a host of trickle down tax breaks 20 billion by Sunak alone in the last budget
