@keithparker1346 your yearning for an age that didn't exist The so called working class voted UKIP BREXIT BORIS with the younger ones not voting at all. The middle educated younger class are more and more Lab9urs core vote as is the suburbs they want schools NHS to work and not have shyte pumped into the rivers there not interested in intellectual socialism just a decent wage and a roof over thier head. You can see this trend over in the States

Install another out of touch populist fantasy socialist and you'll be out of power again I have my gripes about the direction in terms of tax but without power you get nothing

@emissary_of_aldebaran you don't get it we have an aging population we have loads of old people who don't work who need pensions and looking after where already suffering economic contraction through lack of workers. Old people are the main users of the NHS you can't just shut of migration it breaks the economy not enough people paying tax or wiping old people butts

@emissary_of_aldebaran over 60% are on in work benifit and we have full employment the ones claiming full benefits are mostly disabled in some way or unemployable 95% of people with Autism and Downs are thrown on the out of work scrapheap through lack of government support so go stick your BS where it belongs in the bin. I'm sick to death of hearing BS talking points that have zero basis in economic reality.

The country as a whole is sort of centre left if you push too far left the voters go into default mode better the devil you know and vote Con. The voter demographic has changed as well older male working class voters have turned into the Lee Anderton's of this world ukip Cons If the current situation is to be turned round you'll need more than Blair's soft centerist economic hybrid approach and you need everyone pulling in the same direction not dissident groups in your own party constantly bickering about not being this or that the country is in a huge crisis
