Why would Russia be running low in missiles? Sanctions have failed entirely to stem the flow of technical components and they are being manufactured to order.

Plus announcing IN ADVANCE that they MIGHT send Ukraine a highly sophisticated air defence system which takes MONTHS to train people to operate. The Russians will obviously now step up their air attacks in attempts to bring Ukraine to its knees before the Patriots arrive and are up and running.

@johnhankinson1929 I agree - but the evidence is substantial. Not only in the fact that the missiles keep coming but the uncovering of a network of Russian companies buying components under cover - millions of dollars worth. The sanctions are an utter failure, in this and also in other areas.
