I can't get over the Orwellian title of the job he's chucked in - Minister of State for Efficiency and Transformation.

@garmbryhewwert7059 The jury's out on this guy. If he did have his fingers in the till it's odd he should draw attention to himself in this way. But you never know.

No. He got the job last February. What efforts he has made we don't know. He was himself criticised for being involved with a firm which helped negotiate PPE contracts.

@tonyalways7174 I understand that - but this was his actual title. I hope his motives are honest, because he seems a decent bloke - although I gather he himself was subject to some criticism for being involved in a firm which helped secure PPE contracts.
