As tragic as this is, it is a comparatively minor incident the truth behind which will never be known for certain. It would be extremely foolish to allow it to sour this country's relationship with Israel.

@trevaudio Even if it was deliberate (which is in doubt) there is no doubt that Hamas uses aid convoys for military purposes, as indeed it uses many civilian activities as covers for its obsessive terrorism.

@injest1928 This is a relatively minor incident, the causes and background to which will probably never be fully known. Reducing arms supplies to a nation which is not only fighting for survival but also taking on the medieval madness of Islamist extremism would be a totally disproportionate step to take.
