  1. Islam comes into a different category to almost all other religions. I'd like to believe that the vast majority of Muslims are ordinary decent people - and they almost certainly are - but they have been indoctrinated from birth into a cleverly conceived mindset, based largely on the fear of hell and the promise of eternal bliss. Christianity was once like this, and in some corners it still is, but this doesn't alter the fact that these ordinary, decent people cannot be trusted to behave in an ordinary decent fashion when placed under pressure.
