  1. This is such a lie. Time and time again the Russians have set up humanitarian corridors -only to have them attacked by the Ukrainians. It is a fact of urban warfare that embedding into a civilian population is of advantage to defenders - and a disadvantage to attackers. There are numerous accounts, backed by video evidence, of Ukrainian armed forces keeping would-be escapees pinned down with both sniper and mortar fire.
