The evidence of fraud is substantial. So too is evidence of the establishment and the media refusing to acknowledge even the possibility of it. A three year investigation was launched into Trump's 2016 win based on a tiny fraction of the amount of evidence that points the finger at the Biden campaign. There is no equality here.

@stuartbenson4195 There is considerable evidence which Dominion will have to disprove - if it comes to court, that is. This is a big numbers scare tactic, that's all.

@stuartbenson4195 Have you seen any of the state senate hearings? A military cyber security expert demonstrated how voting patterns could be altered using Dominion's own instruction manual. There was also a practical demonstration in one of Georgia's counting rooms. Plenty of other stuff too, including mathematical analysis etc. Apparently there is some sort of hackers convention in Vegas every year where Dominion machines are used. A ten year old kid hacked one four minutes. The US legal system isn't much geared up for justice as such so there's every chance that Dominion will be able to buy silence - but a chance too that they will be exposed.

@stuartbenson4195 No verdict on fraud as such has been issued, certainly, since no trial as such has taken place. Investigations are proceeding in several states however, although into breaches of electoral regulations more than anything. One such regulation is that electoral machines should not be capable of being manipulated - which Dominion machines certainly are. Proving that they actually were manipulated will of course be more difficult but there is statistical, eye-witness and video evidence that this was indeed the case. Dominion's complicity in the fraudulent use of its machines and software must be the main point of issue, I think. The contention is that Dominion machines and their software were produced with the express purpose of being capable of fixing elections. How much proof of this there is remains to be seen. Allegations of suspicious activities by senior Dominion staff during election night have also to be substantiated. If the case goes ahead I think there will be considerable doubts shed over the use of this equipment in future elections at the very least.

@shermanderek2 He wasn't trying to steal votes. He was asking the governor to find the votes that had been stolen from him.

Dominion has access to lots of money and money goes a long, long way in US court cases. My guess though is this is just a scare tactic. It worked with Fox News and OAN but it may not work with Giuliani and Powell.

@stephenhodgson3506 I hope it comes to court, that's all. And I think it will.
