  3.  @taefravis  This is not what he is being charged with however. He is being charged under the Espionage Act, which is plainly ridiculous. Sorting out personal papers from official ones may well have led to technical breaches of the Presidential Records Act. But there is no provision for prosecution under this Act and so Trump's enemies are trying to link such potential breaches on to the Espionage Act - which ain't gonna work, or at least didn't ought to. The whole thing is a complete stitch-up as must be obvious to anyone with half a brain.
