@TimboTbagz I am duly chastised. Throughout this absurd and needless war I have supported any course of action which I thought might bring it to an end as swiftly as possible. That is, and always has been, a speedy Russian victory. Continued military support for Ukraine is a travesty. Disguising it as some sort of moral crusade is an appalling hypocrisy. If the greedy West had kept it's nose out from the start these territorial differences could have been settled without the loss of a single life.

Even if the bridge goes, Russia stopped relying on it long ago. There are now well-established road and rail supply routes along Russian-held territory south of the Dnieper. This is just more wishful thinking from the Zelensky groupies. Believing in fairies doesn't make them real.

@ErikItland I have different information - but who knows? In any case the idea that Ukraine will be capable of doing more than temporarily cutting off Russian supplies is pure fantasy.
