  2. "Promoting American values" is just a euphemism for economic warfare. USAID has been instrumental in deliberately creating instability in countries all over the world. Indeed, if it wasn't for the activities of USAID and other CIA-backed organisations the war in Ukraine would never have happened, and nor indeed would many other wars.
