  1. A prosecution could have been bought, but if it had been successful it would have been for purely political reasons. Trump was entirely justified in casting doubts on the result of of the 2020 election and the 2024 election could well have gone the same way were it not for the fact that the 20 million extra votes the establishment apparently has tucked away in a cupboard somewhere would not have been sufficient to overthrow the result. Too Big to Rig!
