By these definitions there is no political figure more reviled by the media and the establishment than President Donald Trump. Why should that be, one wonders?

@BigHenFor Certainly: to four years of lies and vilification from both the mainstream media and the political establishment. Trump has been treated far more badly and unfairly than Corbyn ever was.

@musopaul5407 You've got it. Mind you, I think the deregulation and tax cuts proved to be good for the country as a whole, and his foreign policy has been brilliant. With the new administration we can expect to see America go back to its warmongering ways and for taxes to soar.

@MrThorfan64 In what way? He revived the economy, reduced unemployment to near zero, pulled out American troops from all over the world and brokered peace deals in the Middle East. You have been brainwashed by the crooked political establishment which now back in power. Cue soaring taxation and wars.

@MrThorfan64 It wasn't even remotely a coup. More brainwashing. It was a demo. His tax cuts boosted the economy to a huge degree. The US healthcare system is a joke and needs total re-organisation. Stopping big pharma from making big profits by overcharging for medicines is another of Trump's achievements.

@MrThorfan64 But he did none of these things! More brainwashing. Give me a single credible example! He did, however, sanction gay marriage as well as introduce programs designed to get mainly black people given excessive jail sentences their freedom. What about Walkaway with thousands of black people getting out of the Democrat plantation? You and many like you have been suckered by the media who are in cahoots with the corrupt political establishment, now sadly back in power.

@MrThorfan64 But surely this is just an adjustment to legislation brought in by the Trump administration in the first place? I mean, is this all you've got? It's scarcely as though he want the alphabet people dragged away to be shot, is it? As far as I can make out he is throwing a sop to his ultra-religious supporters who believe they have found some details in the legislation which discriminate in favour of same-sex parents. A sensitive area, but to suggest that this indicates anti-gay prejudice on Trump's part is ridiculous.

@MrThorfan64 What does it say other than I like to choose my own jargon, rather than have it forced on me by others? I have no problem whatsoever with people of differing sexual orientations. Sticking together a string of initials and claiming a "community" exists is political and has nothing to do with the way people ought to get along with one another. And I can never quite remember what the initials are anyway.
