That might be because interacting with Russia isn't illegal.

This government won't get to full term. You must realise by now - you wonderful, kind, caring Labour supporters - that you have let in a sinister and destructive force which does not care a damn about this country or the people living in it.
3
@jeremysmith54565 The idea that an MP is some kind of social worker worried about the drains and the dog poo on the streets is something you just have to get out of your head. The "people of Clacton" are simply a microcosm of the people of Britain as a whole.
3
@jasonhaven7170 It isn't. An MP is a member of a national executive. If there is any local problem which local authorities cannot deal with then he may, if requested, bring the issue up in the House. It really doesn't matter a toss if he never visits his constituency ever again once elected, apart from to garner the votes of people like yourself, who seem to believe that he is some secular version of the parish priest.
3
And you don't think Starmer is manipulating us?
3
@jasonhaven7170 Of course Reform cares. A genuine concern about the future of this country is the basis of its entire ethos.
2
@jasonhaven7170 As a political entity - not as a collection of complainers.
2
@marijo1951 He has been elected by default. He does not represent the views or interests of the British public any more than Musk does.
2
@sporkafife He's not very good at it, is he?
2
@DavidMoxham957 So what? Being the biggest error is no great recommendation.
2
No. Quite right. It's due to it being revealed as a mere conduit of globalist elitism.
1
@jeremysmith54565 Reform may have its faults, but it is patriotic and puts the interest of British people before the interests of some INSANE idea of world unity which is really just a cover for globalist elitism.
1
@superhumantrueman We are being dragged into a grim globalist future in which this once-great country is destined to be a Muslim dormitory on the coast of Europe.
1
@marijo1951 Are you sure that a globalist shill who has admitted he prefers Davos to Westminster represents your interests more than a genius businessman with no axe to grind , other than a genuine apparent concern for the welfare of a free humanity? (By default, I mean the Labour was elected not because of anything it offered, but simply because it was not the Conservative Party.)
1
@jeffcxx That he was elected under false pretences.
1
@Geffo555 Percentage of what though? Democracy is a clumsy engine.
1
@sandy120 Too many to enumerate.
1
@Geffo555 No voting system ever really truly represents either the true wishes of the people or the most intelligent way forward. Democracy is not the engine of governance; it is merely the brakes and gears, and as such it matters very little which method is employed.
1
@marijo1951 Much of what you say is obviously true. But this is about more than local, national politics. The world is at a crossroads and we can either go down the route of globalist, structured, ideological- based policies in which patriotism and national identity play no part, or we can stand up for old values of freedom of choice and liberty. I know what side I'm on and I agree with Musk that as long as our government supports the first option then, when push comes to shove, those on MY side of the equation will have little choice but to take to the streets in protest - before it is too late.
1
@jeffcxx We didn't know what were letting ourselves in for.
1
@marijo1951 He strikes me as being very libertarian. He is against censorship for a start.
1
@marijo1951 How are his employees treated unfairly? And what views has he censored?
