Do immigrants not need hospitals or care homes? Do overseas students not need money spent on them in order to be educated? Do businesses not need people from overseas as customers? How many immigrants will these new houses be for? The fact is that immigration brings far more problems than it solves.

@donincognito189 You are missing one very important point: this country has very limited resources and infrastructure. There simply isn't either enough room for the increase in population this policy is already creating, or the facilities available to service them. If this was a large country with extensive resources which could be exploited in order to finance the water, sewage, transport, health services etc then your very noble and altruistic policy would be acceptable. But this is a small country which cannot afford to expand these facilities. As a result there are backlogs in every area. Sewage is spilling into rivers, roads are crumbling, trains are invariably late, you cannot get a doctors appointment and people are forced to live in ramshackle outbuilding in back gardens of terraced houses. This is entirely the consequence of over-population and has nothing whatsoever to do with the rich getting richer, much less with invasions from foreigners in distant times.
