That's because Phil is his own man, thinking for himself, instead of merely being paid to follow the instructions of those who pay his wages.

@channelsixtyeight068 Ridiculous. Murdoch's political influence is now much reduced in the UK. He only owns the Sun and the Times and TalkRadio. The rest are ultimately owned by globalist investment giants like Vanguard and BlackRock.

@ijc9984 I've deleted the comment you refer to - simply because the situation is more complicated than can be expressed in a few lines. It is true nonetheless that Murdoch is now only a bit player when it comes to political influence in the UK - and indeed in the world.

@ausbrum And Vanguard and BlackRock.

@curlyjoh9055 Profit rules.

@ausbrum You are having to go far abroad and delve deep into history. The present-day influencers are the globalists who operate Vanguard and BlackRock which between them own much of the world's media, most of the world's vaccine- producing companies and the medical journals which peer-review their skewed studies. Johnson's support for zero carbon is no coincidence either. He let it slip the other week with his use of the word "lucrative." V and BR are essentially hedge fund companies as much as anything and they are creating an entirely new world currency in the form of carbon bonds which will eventually replace the dollar and gold as the standard against which other currencies will be set. Control of the means of production through trading in permissions to exceed agreed carbon limits is the new key to great wealth. Murdoch is an an old-school venture capitalist and he probably knows that tinkering with UK election results is no longer particularly lucrative.

@curlyjoh9055 A reasonable point. Just for the ego-trip, I guess! (One wonders if Jerry Hall gets on with Lady Nut-nuts in this context. I'm sure Rupert would like to give his missus a Prime Minister as a present!)

Moggie has no such immediate ambitions. When his children flee the nest it will be a different story.

@octavianpopescu4776 Like many of the left Phil tends to be credulous, risk-averse and inclined to group conformity. The true manipulators of public opinion recognise these tendencies and so tailor their techniques to fit. This is why the oligarchs and billionaires backing the New World Order make a pretence of left-wing ideology. They have learned from history that it is an effective way of controlling people. Phil's honesty and intelligence is often subverted in this way.

@Alfred Wedmore So much so that YouTube has deleted two or my replies to you. For a conspiracy to succeed it is essential that its victims believe it to be false.
1
@Alfred Wedmore Indeed not. Unless you regard the New World Order as a conspiracy site. Or that a book called "The Alchemy of Finance" is forbidden reading.
1
@Alfred Wedmore No. I'll try again, but YouTube's censorship algorithm is a right old granny these days!

@Alfred Wedmore The NWO isn't a conspiracy theory. It is the declared aim of the World Economic Forum, which holds a conference each year in Davos, Switzerland which is attended by world political leaders, billionaires and the CEOs of giant multi-national companies to discuss strategies referred to as the Great Reset. And Soros also explains how taking these "irrational factors" into account can be used to manipulate populations and to gain financial and political advantage. Irrational factors such as the hysterical over-reaction to covid and the belief that carbon emissions are going to cause the world to end.
1
@Alfred Wedmore I am. And the phrases "great reset" and "new world order" come directly from Herr Schwab's mouth. A total restructuring of the capitalist system on regulated, globalist lines is clearly the ultimate objective of his organisation. And it is clear that techniques of control developed in former Communist countries are envisaged as tools towards achieving that objective. You may well think this is a good thing. I don't; and I especially don't since it is clear that techniques of deception, which is really what reflexivity represents, are being used to further these objectives. When most of the world's media and most of the world's pharma companies are owed by the same two or three investment corporations and a pandemic arrives ....well, I don't need a tinfoil hat to get suspicious of the outcomes we are currently witnessing.
1
@Alfred Wedmore I have no such intention. You making such a suggestion rather indicates your seeming lack of ability to appreciate motivation generally. You are clearly a man who is easily fooled. I have no interest in worsening the pandemic. The pharma companies, however, have an obvious financial interest in keeping it ticking over for as long as possible. They have very cleverly done so, and will continue to do so for as long as they possibly can. I only hope that Omicron will put paid to their filthy tricks.

@Alfred Wedmore Say what you like, it certainly undermines your contention that the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory.
