  15. Again, Phil is betraying his political innocence. Trump is trolling, but like all good trolls, there is a hard grain of truth in his comments. The fact that he has not "ruled out" military intervention leads you to concentrate on this fearsome prospect, whereas, in reality, Trump is manipulating opinion in order that the very real and quite attractive prospect of Greenland, Canada and Panama coming under US control by peaceful and financially beneficial means will seem a better option.
