  7. The Tories are fully aware of the fact that child abuse is endemic in public schools and in the Church of England - both of which are pillars of the Establishment. Fear of exposing this as Labour seeks to extend the remit of any investigation into the Muslim rape gang scandal is what has led to their reluctance in this area.
