Phil really should stick to parish pump politics and boring stuff about Brexit and how nasty the Tories are. His grasp of international geopolitics is about on par with that of your average polytechnic physics lecturer.

He only invaded Ukraine.

@ADifferentBias As an organisation, yes, but the US and other individual NATO countries have invaded dozens - often at the behest of America.
3
@Fawkes42 They did cross his red lines. They refused to implement Minsk and got NATO to give them a brand new army instead.
3
@ikke12345 And they only waited thirty years.
2
They can of you give them what they want.
1
Why?
1
@abbofun9022 No, just asking for an answer.
1
No. America. For money.
1
@emm_arr How's you brain cell today, made any friends yet?
1
Whether it was incompetent US "Intelligence" or just a crap assessment by Black Rock this sick enterprise have gone off the rails big time.
1
The Russian people will only be angered when this happens. To them this war is not an invasion, it is a war of liberation for their cousins in Donbass.
1
Russian has not invaded a sovereign country. It is liberating Russian people from imprisonment in a false country drawn on a map by American imperialists.
1
@rocketscience4516 Beneath you, Rocket. You know I am an impartial and unpaid observer.
1
@abbofun9022 I bet I know more than you do.
1
@Pikaling3408 I prefer peace-loving pragmatist.
1
@rocketscience4516 I suppose it must be. I certainly believe that US hegemony is a force for destruction, and that Russia has been very badly treated.
1
@grahamlees4394 Because I believe every word. Russia is the victim here and cannot be blamed for fighting back. (I wouldn't mind getting paid for it though. Any I idea where I could apply to?)
1
@abbofun9022 Can't speak a word!
1
@beresfordquimby Continual aggression from America and its NATO stooges. The collapse of the Soviet Union gave an enormous opportunity for peace, but instead of welcoming the new Russia with open arms America made it a permanent enemy. Its leaders had realised that a permanent war economy was profitable and they were in need of a permanent enemy - Russia.
1
@rocketscience4516 Funnily enough I've never had any offers in that direction either.
1
@grahamlees4394 I don't think you need to defect any more. You can just go there.
1
@georgedorn1022 I enjoy thinking for myself instead of soaking up Western propaganda.
1
@beresfordquimby Continual Western aggression. The collapse of the Soviet Union was an opportunity for peace, but the US and NATO couldn't accept that, because they have a war-based economy which needed a permanent enemy to justify its existence. Attempting to undermine Russia's historical relationship with Ukraine is what has started this dreadful and needless war.
1
@rocketscience4516 You don't know how right you are!
1
Probably is.
1
@ADifferentBias But the Russian invasion force didn't fail embarrassingly. And are you REALLY prepared to take the risk base on nothing more than idiotic Western propaganda??
