The idea that Russia wants to build an empire is utterly, utterly ridiculous. All the Russian Federation has ever wanted to do is to take its place in the world alongside other independent nations. The collapse of the Soviet Union was due in great part to over-extension. Empires just don't work. They are more trouble than they are worth. Russia fully realises this, and one of the many, many myths this channel is taken in by is the one which justifies US and NATO warmongering, which is carried out for capitalist and profit-making purposes, and which needs Russia to be an eternal bogeyman in order to do so. I am sure that Musk and Cummins are both eminently pragmatic men and that their objective is solely to rid the world of this misconception in the hope that a profitable and peaceful future is open to us all.

@saba1030 You've been suckered. Putin has no wish to recreate the Russian Empire and has said so on many occasions. All he is doing now is trying to stop the Russian-controlled Donbass mineral extraction and steel industries being sold off cheap to Blackrock and other Western agencies.
