  1. Working on the assumption that both the Tories and Labour are now well fucked, the Lib Dems are likely to pick up renegade votes from both sides. Europhile do-gooders whose politics are based on feeling all warm and fluffy inside will find a home there, as will traditional Tories who can't quite stomach Nigel's spivishness. Knuckle-dragging nationalists like me will put up with him for now - but only until such times as the law is changed to allow Stephen Yaxley-Lennon and his cohorts to form an effective opposition truly representative of the much abused and disenfranchised British working class.
