@unclescipio3136 I meant aggressor in terms of international law. At the same time more than ten thousand people have been killed by Ukrainian armed forces in Donbass over the past eight years. Seems pretty aggressive to me.

@wojteks4712 Russia can now argue in terms of international law that Ukraine is the aggressor in this conflict. The bridge is Russian as are the provinces currently being invaded/liberated by the Ukrainians. They have already killed around ten thousand people there, even before the Russian annexation.

@parabeiium7075 What's logical about escalating a war when there are diplomatic solutions available? Unless you are an arms dealer or a politician in the pay of oligarchs, of course.

Strategic value is no longer a major consideration. The foolish attack on the bridge has given Russia the excuse to launch a blitzkrieg.
