Comments by "Dale Crocker" (@dalecrocker3213) on "Trump Admits What He's Doing On Climate Change" video.
Man-made climate change is a lie. The climate crisis is not a crisis. There is no increase in the number or nature of extreme weather events. Trump is right to ignore the panic and to support the economy. Hell will freeze over before man-made carbon emissions have any significant effect on weather patterns.

So you have to be well known? There are many scientists, well-known and not, who strongly dispute the junk science of climate alarmism, which has a clear political foundation, brazenly alters data to fit its thesis and blackmails scientists into supporting it by threatening to withdraw grants unless they do so I don't know what you mean about Alaska. It was still there and doing fine last time I looked.

Erik Humleker - Please congratulate your brother for me. According to eminent physicist and Nobel prizewinner Ivan Giavier everything in my statement is true.

Erik Humleker - thought it was 97 per cent of the 32 per cent who expressed an opinion? And with all due respect to your brother and his colleagues are they not merely repeating what they have been taught? And if they disagreed with what they had been taught would they not very soon have to stop being climate scientists? When it comes to accusations of cupidity climate scientists are themselves on very shaky ground, I fear - especially when an estimated billion dollars A DAY is being spent on propping up their nonsense.. Your quote from Machiavelli could apply very well to climate scientists - on both counts. They have been deceived and continue to perpetrate the deception. The idea that all scientists who question climate change hysteria are somehow in the pay of evil oil barons and coalmine owners is utterly childish. When NONE of the grim predictions have come true and data is clearly seen to have been manipulated then it is time to start asking serious questions. (Ivan Glavier is not an anecdote by the way - or even an anacdote - he is a real person. Google him if you doubt me.)

Brian If the atmosphere is warming it is warming very slowly and in apparent accord with previous patterns. There were no reliable thermometers in the Middle Ages and in Roman Times, but anecdotal evidence -Romans growing grapes in Scotland, large rivers running dry in the 12th century - plus tree ring and leaf stomata proxy data -strongly indicate that it was warmer at both these times than at present. On the other hand it was much colder in the Little Ice Age -roughly 1350 to 1850. So the atmosphere warms and cools, and warms and cools. What part industrial emissions play in the current situation, if any, is impossible to calculate. Carbon is held to be the villain of the piece for some reason and while atmospheric carbon seems to play a role in retaining the sun's heat on the surface of the planet how significant that role is a matter of dispute when compared with other factors. What troubles me is that this carbonophobic scaremongering has been going on for over thirty years and so far as I can tell none of the computer-generated predictions of doom have come to pass, suggesting to me that the computer models are wrong but the scientist are so up to their necks in this shit they can't get out. What's more they are fiddling their figures quite brazenly, just to keep their heads above the surface.of the mire. It's all either a scam or a cock-up that's got out of control.Probably a bit of both. -

Andrea Mortimer Alas at 70 I don't have the time and anyway all you scientists seem to disagree with each other so vehemently. All I can do is do as I have done and ask some basic questions and wait for answers.

Brian -I thought I had

Andrea Mortimer -I really am disappointed in you! I thought you were going to be the one to steer me through the minefield - instead you have become hysterical as all you alarmists seem to become when your bubble is given a little prod. Tut! Tut! (I did have a look at the consensus thingy, Couldn't really understand it. It seemed to be saying that there's a consensus that there's a consensus - as for the rest of the stuff it was mostly just journalism, wasn't it? I don't anticipate seeing any major changes in the 7 years you say I have left to me. You I presume can anticipate much longer. Best of luck!)

Brian -Thank you very much for this. I will try to get my head around the science - but will it do more than explain the process whereby CO2 translates solar energy into increased heat, and retains it? I don't understand how the presence of such tiny amounts of carbon in the atmosphere can have such dramatic effects, nor why increased amounts of CO2 apparently follow increases in temperature, rather than precede them, which is what one would expect. Anyway, thanks for your civility. Normally climate change devotees grow quite hysterical when responding to my admittedly provocative comments. This is a fine sport, but not as useful as reasoned discourse.

Frank Speaking - What's up Frank? Are you on medication? Twenty six minutes ago you sent me a post which seemed, although rather chaotic, to contain one or two graspable insights. Then twenty minutes later you send me this hysterical hodgepodge. I'm trying hard to get into this but the way all you carbonophobic climate crisis folk seem to go batshit crazy at odd times is most disconcerting.

Shantanu Shinde Thankyou for this. I've had a go at a couple of these posts but with little progress being made. I find it far easier to understand Tony Heller (cross yourself quickly and throw salt over your shoulder.) His video '100 per cent accurate climate change predictions' seems to fit far more closely with observable facts and my rather cynical view of human nature. I see no warming. I see no rise in sea levels. I see no glaciers melting. All I see is an impressive series of classroom models and terrifying graphs which bear no relation to what is going on on the other side of the window. I must be wrong. I'd very much like to hear your response to the above video, could you bear to watch it though.
