Am I right in thinking that in some states soon he will be legally allowed to drive through them and their like? Good. I do hope so.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I don't see anything there which gives a crowd of ill-educated, virtue-signalling spoiled brats the right to impede a citizen while going about his legal business.

@jimballard1186 Can you make amendments to amendments? In any case, if these self-righteous buffoons peacefully do assemble, it would not be Congress preventing them from doing so, but the man driving his truck through the middle of them, as state laws will hopefully soon permit him so to do.

@jimballard1186 But they would not be overriding it, would they? If Congress gives the right to peacefully assemble, then peacefully assemble. Apart from the fact that impeding traffic isn't a particularly peaceful activity, a state sanctioned right to drive through the peaceful assembly has nothing to do with Congress or the constitution. The only things getting overridden would be the protestors. And a bloody good job too.
