  3. @ This is an utterly perverse view. It was Ukraine which defied Minsk 2 and instead of working towards find a way of granting regional autonomy to Donbass -which would have solved all the problems - instead used it to buy time to re-arm using billions of dollars from the US and its NATO stooges to do so. Budapest was not a deal - and even if it had been, Ukraine was once again the first to reject its principles by allowing Western influences to overthrow its democratically elected President.
