  5.  @derwolfpack3599  Keep drinking the Kool-aid. The Ukrainian army is running out of men and munitions. The Russians have their best and most experienced forced lined up and eager in Donbass. Wagner Group has gone in first to clear the path, they will be followed by the DPR and LPR armies, backed by parachute brigades and Syrian veterans and finally the Chechens who took Mariupol will sweep up what crumbs remain. There's another450,000 strong Russian army in the north. When that comes out of Belarus and heads for Kiev the shreds of the Ukrainian army won't know which way to turn.

  10.  mark Mierzejewski  Another misapprehension is that Russia wanted to take Ukraine. It never did. The SMO was just that - a special operation designed to exhaust the enemy by forcing them to fight on land they want, but you don't. All Russia wants in Donbass and Crimea. Chances are they'll get them - and keep them.

  11.  @paulgibbon5991  Russia has sustained many losses- but it usually does. The army is notably inefficient, but it generally just keeps coming. The fact is that Russia isn't fighting isn't the war the West thinks it's fighting. If Ukraine has even the slightest chance of winning it needs tens time as much equipment as it currently being supplied, and it needs it yesterday. It also needs trained troops - but where are they to come from?
