It is impossible for Trump to have a fair trial since there is no-one in the country who has not been subjected to the constant stream of hatred and denigration against him dished out by this channel and others like it. I do not condone threatening jurors - but is there any evidence that Trump is involved? I don't see that he needs to. All his team needs to do is to ask a potential juror whether or not they have watched MSNBC or CNN and if they have, require them to be dismissed.

  4. What's dirty about revealing potential jurors to have had their minds and opinions sullied by the constant stream of hatred much of the media has subjected Trump to? I would contend it is impossible to find twelve impartial people in the country - or at least it is likely to take years to dig them out from whatever stones they have been living under.

  5. It is impossible for Trump to have a fair trial. There can be no-one in America who has not been subjected to the constant barrage of hatred churned out against him by this channel and others like it. Therefore there can be no one in America qualified to sit on a jury and treat him impartially, as required by law.
