  3. I don't believe that atmospheric carbon causes climate change but I do like trees. One thing that worries me about this scheme though is its logistical aspect. I'm no mathematician, but planting a trillion trees must take a hell of a long time, even with say, a team of ten thousand people planting a tree each every ten minutes or so. Can anyone help with the math?

  6. Anyone any idea how much carbon has been released into the atmosphere by building this thing? It's estimated that it "costs" around 140 tons for a wind turbine - and that's just for the foundations.
