  2.  @AbelMcTalisker  So what? Chamberlain merely said it was peculiar that such things should happen. Nothing to do with "peace in our time" , If Putin seriously does want to restore the Russian Empire we will know soon enough. At the moment though this just a domestic quarrel of no concern to us.

  4. What nonsense all this is. Russian influence on Brexit and the UK's response to Ukraine are as absurd a notion as the idea that Russia somehow got Trump elected. It's just propaganda, and piss-poor propaganda at that. Anyone who falls for it deserves to be deeply embarrassed.
