Proper black people are proud to be black so would like the name of the road in my opinion. Black people do not like being called anything but black. They hate being called coloured. Nobody is ever going to stop us distinguishing what colour we are between groups no matter how much they try. Until everybody is the same homogeneous colour then we will be different from one another. There is racism in all groups and not just between whites and others. The others have racists against each other also. You are not going to stamp it out ever so we live with it and if somebody shows it then if it is what the authorities deal with, it should across the board and stop with this victimisation of the whites. You know how they increase racism? By going on about it day in day out and it makes you think they want it not to be a thing of the past.
