@BlastinRope I saw one a few years back and the last one I ever want to see and that was MS-13 lopping off a blokes arms at the shoulders and legs from the knees. There was hardly no claret so they knew exactly what they were doing. Sod ending up like that. Knowing that is what happens if you step out of line, you would think people would be very wary of crossing that line.
