  9. Indians are hard working and are very much like us. They are going to be a well needed ally in the future. Believe I would rather them than a lot of the others. Yes we need less immigration but that is well past its sell by date. What we need is as many people like us that are going to stand up with us when the going gets tough.

  16. Being able to copy what you have learned about a subject onto paper has never made anybody smart. Various knowledge built up over time, being able to do arithmetic quickly, being able to spell most words, reading, having common sense and being streetwise makes somebody smart.

  23. I h8 watching people everywhere in their phones let alone this. When I am in public my phone stays at home if I am only going out to shop or at an appointment, and when I do venture out with it, it will only come out if something important needs doing. Indoors I watch movies and videos like this or listen to music on it, and occasionally a bit of online shopping if I need something. The TV has not been on for over 8 years. I just look at people and imagine which ones can actually think and how many are just blank shells (the lights are on but nobody’s home.) What a world full of dead wood.

  27.  @tonythekillab8189 what’s the point anyway? The thing was given away and nobody but the charity makes money from it anyway. She was probably just a manager for one of the big charities, so it makes no odds and definitely no sense to risk confronting the person.

  28. I was given 2 packs of plant based mince yesterday and I have made a stew and would you Adam and Eve it, it tastes like the real thing because the texture is spot on. Now I would not go and buy it but it has surprised me. I thought it would fall apart like the frozen mince you can buy. If somebody made it for me like I have, I would not question it one bit. It has the exact texture of lean mince. I did cook it with 125g of lard though before putting the other ingredients (Tin of chopped carrots, tin of garden peas, tin of baked beans, potatoes, 2 onions, mushrooms, oxtail soup and lashings of gravy granules) in.

  31. In the 90’s I was a cycle courier in London. On Oxford st an American tourist was just standing in the road by the kerbside and I told him to get out of the road as I was working. He started to get aggressive with me and luckily enough one of our old style policemen was there watching and he fell down on my side and the American got a good ol verbal off him. That is when the world was normal.

  34. What happened in Lebanon is coming to us. I will be long gone and my family name ends with me. Sad that people have children and stand by knowing or not that one day they will be ruled by in a muslim secular state.

  36. The thing with Bald was he got very ill and he was in Bosnia and the Russian government paid for his treatment. When I say he was ill, he was very ill. A few weeks later he was on the border with Russia and Ukraine and all he did was curse the Russian leader. I mean some thanks that was for literally saving his life, because the treatment they paid for he would not have got if it wasn’t for them. Now he is banned for life and I’d say very lucky they did not lock him up.

  47. The Lebanese were back in the 60’s 70’s and 80’s and look what happened. This is going on in the West and if I know it then the ruling class here know it. What are they up to? Do they want us to be the next Lebanon? If you think about it we can’t have another WW because that would be the end, so this can be more manageable when it comes.
