  1. It is terrorism full stop. You get water chucked at you and you are going to panic that it might be something else and you have a very short period of time to sort it out. I would advise Nigel or anybody in his situation to have their bodyguards carry water on them to be sure. Better to quickly rinse yourself off instead of getting chemical burns.
