  1. In the end the big companies will have to pay for people to sit at home anyway so they might as well employ them instead. UBI will have to come from somewhere so it is self defeating to have robots do all the work. Well you could say the population needs lowering to about 1 billion worldwide and that would have a knock on affect to the big company who has millions of robots but nobody to sell to anymore. The solution? Who knows.
