  1.  @viktorpal1466 Yes on my estate we have a small minority of these people. They go for their morning walks and never are any problem. The teenage black community in my estate are also very quiet and respectful. A very diverse place I live and we have one minority that is lacking and I am glad. Guess what one? Maybe when we get one more than another things might change and the gangs might appear. Who knows?
