  1. In other words they have to be caught red handed. Any other regardless of evidence should get life, otherwise you will get the ones who are innocent hanged. Forensics can put somebody at the scene of a crime but it still might be somebody else even if it is 99.99% certain it is them. That is the only way to implement it without innocents dying. It means a lot will get away with just life in prison, but then the law should be changed where they get hard time and have to work paying for their stay, and no nice cell with TV’s and playstations. Blindfolded and bent over when moving outside their cell from one place to another so they are confused of the layout like in that Russian prison. Basically a hard time for the rest of their lives. If later on to be found innocent by a mistake then totally compensated and an apology from the state. That is my idea of how it should be if the death penalty is brought back.
