  2. I remember working 20 years ago on the bins and on a housing estate a mother and daughter got out of their car, and the girl was about 12-13 years old. She had a little dress on that was so short you could see her bum and knickers as she walked. Now the mum looked well to do and I was dumbfounded that she would let her daughter wear that dress. You would expect it from council estate trash but no. The mind boggles.
