  2. You can not have certain groups come in. You have to have the more civilised of the third world. Some are a bit better than others. I am sure they could pluck people from their own areas like from Indonesia and the Philippines. Why Africa? Why the religion of peace from a certain part of the Indian sub continent? They could get loads of poor people young and willing to work from the countries I am going on about who are willing to make a life for themselves. At least they would fit in a bit more easily.
