When you are at work you work with people and get along or not. Nothing ever will change that. Adding all this pointless stuff is ludicrous. What they are trying to do is beyond me. If anything it is causing friction that wasn’t there before. I have worked with different ethnicities and some were a good laugh and some were lazy just like my own kind. A white person will always see a black person as black. Every ethnicity sees other ethnicities as different from them and nothing will ever change it. I wouldn’t get a job in a company that has this sort of training because I would call it out for what it was and call the HR manager an expletive for buying into it and being part of the cause of ruining the world that once was.
