  1. Yes but they are also lazy because you can keep on top of it. That toddler did not have to die. Mum could have wiped the walls and floor down every few days in the winter when it gets bad. Most times it isn’t damp but just a cold area where humid air and steam condenses onto. The mum has to take full blame on this one for just leaving it to get worse.
