  1. They might have just inserted objects leaving no DNA trace. That is all I can think of otherwise there would be another level to investigate. It is obvious something happened because what are the odds of her complaining and an hour or two of cctv footage going missing? Pretty low I would say. To have gained injuries and the time those injuries occurred happened to be the time the footage disappeared should have cops investigating straight away. Blatant cover up.

  2. You know something happened because if nothing did there would not be a complaint. If it was the other way around and there was evidence against her, that footage would not get lost. If she was lying the footage would prove she was. I wonder how much cctv footage actually gets lost or has not been taken because of a malfunction which has ended up being a benefit for criminal? You used to hear of physical evidence being lost but a cctv footage malfunction that favours the criminal I have never heard of. One thing I will say is what about the rape centre? What was the outcome from that?
