  1.  @matthewmosier8439 What? Do you understand the massive insurance costs in the USA and what they fund? They run out at some point especially if you have really expensive treatment. A lot of people can’t afford the top tier and go for the cheaper insurance which leaves you in S street if you need ongoing treatment that exceeds your policy.
