Everybody is saying the police won’t intervene because of D Penny and what he went through, so tell me this, why did the police make an arrest at all? Surely the officers who arrested him should also be up for assault and other crimes against this man. A cop has the right to arrest somebody in the act of a crime or after the crime. The cop that did nothing (not even help the poor woman in some way) should be arrested for his neglect of duty. Like I say if the police are afraid of arresting somebody of another race then they would never arrest any of them from fear of reprisal, whether it is whilst the criminal is committing the crime or being arrested for it days later.
