  1. No it is the type of people that lives there. The inner city was beautiful until a certain lazy type moved in. They destroy because they are too lazy to upkeep, so everything rots. When those types reach the suburbs everywhere the whole country will end up looking like Somalia or Haiti. The only places that will look good will be the very rich areas that will be out of bounds for everybody else.
