Does cardio exercise make you breathe heavily like other exercise? If it does then it is good for weight loss. You lose weight by expelling carbon dioxide. Eat less and work hard and you will lose weight. Eat nothing and do nothing and you will lose weight. Eat as much as you normally do and work constantly, you will lose weight. Eat as much as you do and hardly do anything and you will either not change or put on weight. There is none of this “I have slow or fast metabolism” It is all about the quantity of CO2 you expel. Work or exercise hard which will increase your breathing rate and eat less calories than you use, and you will lose weight.
