  1. California is as rich as the rest of the USA also. It is also so expensive where Russians virtually get free gas and electricity. Their food and drink is dirt cheap so they are not doing so bad. It is all about the quality of life the citizens have and all you have to do is look at the sidewalks in California and it doesn’t look that good. Faeces all over San Francisco. Mass looting of stores. Russia is commodity rich and the West are Jealous of that.
