  1.  @fZionists78 That would just about heat up a broom cupboard. Most of the heat is going out of the chimney. A hotplate at 170 degrees celcius is not hot at all. In the winter two of my electric stoves hotplates at 300 degrees makes no difference hardly to the temperature of my home. That is far less heat so is inefficient.
