Testing was banned long before Putin came to power. Threatening that use of the weapons is done to make sure the west does not escalate where they would be used. Fancy saying they should have used them by now as if it meant nothing. This channel is a joke.

@JORMUNREKKR Don’t worry mate these people are from the movie idiocracy. They want to believe Ukraine is winning when all they have to do is look at the ground Russia has gained in the past year. Most are on the left and you can’t reason with stupid. Just look at how the left are unhinged because Trump won.
