  1. The only problem this time is if it happens again it would be over for everybody. They say history repeats itself but really does anybody think they will let it happen again that way? Think of the money men and the luxurious and privileged life they live. Does anybody think they will give all that up for a bunker for a year or two, only to surface into poverty and starvation? No I don’t think so, so it will not happen between superpowers unless they are completely bonkers.
