Put them in private rent with reduced housing benefit. Give them a minimum wage job and have to work or go homeless. This is what others have to do on a daily basis. People with children who end up going homeless because they will not do the work allocated get put in a run down 2 bedroom flat. Make them work for a better life. They get the help to start at the bottom and get left to their own devices to improve or not. If they decide to not want to better themselves then that is their problem.
